Missouri Supreme Court Picks up Trash Lawsuit

BREAKING NEWS . . .

The Missouri Supreme Court pulled one St. Louis County trash lawsuit off the curb yesterday when it agreed to hear the case. The suit, which was dismissed by the trial court, stems from a 2006 ordinance that segmented 100,000 homes in unincorporated St. Louis County into eight trash districts.

More details to follow.

How much more money needs to be wasted in the courts over this trash issue.

Any thoughts of any savings, has been well given up by legal mismanagement in the County.

This trash issue is the single biggest bluder by Charlie Dooley and administration.

Correct that 100,000 homes count, to about 75,000.

25,000 were smart enough to OPT out of the trash program and operate unregulated by St. Louis County.

Maybe it’s time for St. Louis County voters to throw out the trash in Clayton.
