Expanded Services for Trustees Available from St. Louis County

St. Louis County Government recently unveiled a new version of their website. The layout and design of the website should allow residents easier access to important information. Included in this update is a new Subdivision Trustee Resource Center website. The new web address for the Subdivision Trustee Resource Center website is: http://www.stlouisco.com/PropertyandRoads/SubdivisionTrusteeResourceCenter. New to the Subdivision Trustee Resource Center website are two new subdivision related guides and upcoming trustee workshops:

Guidebooks:

• Native Landscaping: A Subdivision Association Guide for Converting Turf to Prairie (2011)

This guidebook will assist subdivisions who want to plant native plants in common ground as a means of reducing maintenance costs, creating healthy ecosystems and attractive neighborhoods.

• Web Communications: A Guide for Subdivision Trustees (2010)

This publication is a how-to guide for subdivision trustees who want to use web communication tools at a low or no cost.
