    Lots of "Consolidation" opportunities.

St. Louis County alone has 92 municipalities. 54 of which are under 5000 population. That is crazy.

Too many Fire and Ambulance Districts

    Too many School District

Consolidation allows for a higher use of available resources for less tax dollar.
Ending the duplication of many overlapping resources would save and improve.

St. Louis Region could improve itself with Consolidation and merger.
