Subdivision Trustees Network Program Set for March 18

The Subdivision Trustees Network Group, in conjunction with the St. Louis County Department of Planning, will present the Seven Habits of a Healthy Subdivision. Andrew Meyerkord and Lori Fiegel of the County Planning Depart will deliver the presentation and will be available for questions afterwards. You can pick up your copy of the Seven Habits of a Healthy Subdivision workbook, so you can follow along with the presentation.

The Seven Habits of a Healthy Subdivision are:

1. Know Your Documents

2. Manage the Association in a Business-like Manner

3. Run Effective Meetings

4. Communicate with Residents

5. Organize Events & Activities

6. Build Capacity Among Residents

7. Use Available Resources

The program is set for March 18 at the Tesson Ferry Library, 9920 LinFerry at Lindbergh, (63123) starting at 7:00 pm. There is no cost to attend and reservations are not required.
