A local attorney called last week seeing information. The attorney advised their firm is representing a Subdivision Trustee who was arrested for trespassing for walking on a neighbor’s property. The Trustee was checking a reported violation of the subdivision’s protective covenants by the “neighbor.”
Unfortunately, we have no further details on the situation at this time.

Which goes to show what I have long contended. Subdivisions are not worth the paper on which their indentures are printed. Trustees have all sorts of obligations but no enforcement authority other than court actions.
